Companion dialogue got messed up

So I was working on a companion mod then I gave up on it. I was messing around with the quest dialogue that has all the dialogue for the companions. Apparently this screwed something up because when I talk to Boone, theoptions for "yeah im sure you should go home" and "never kind stay with me" are on the dialogue without me saying "its time to part ways." When I say its time to part ways, it works and the 2 options pop up, but my problem is the 2 options for dismissing are already on the dialogue options when you first talk to Boone. I looked in the dialogue quest file and everything's normal, the two options have top level unchecked. I deleted the esp, didn't work, and I disabled all plugins and loaded just the purely vanilla game but its still like that. So whats wrong with the game, its still like this with no plugins.
