Rlm Claw
Just got done reinstalling oblivion. I ran into a problem. I downloaded the oblivion Mod manager Full installer. What do i open the file with? It automatically recommends internet explorer, but if i do that, it creates a huge amount of internet explorers. Im at this part where all my downloaded files from the internet are. The File im trying to open is the oblivion full installer. The problem is that there is an internet explorer symbol on it. If i open the file, it does nothing but open up loads of windows. Im pretty sure if you right click it, it shows "open with". I DON'T want to open it with IE though. bben46
You have somehow associated zipped files with IE instead of your unzipping program. Not uncommon, as Windows seems to think that everything should automatically open in IE unless told otherwise. Here is a link showing how to associate a file type to z-zip. It will work the same for any unzip program you use. http://s1.zetaboards.com/TheStormRavenLibr.../1387304/1/#new If you don't yet have an unzipping program, I recommend the FREE 7-zip. Available here on Tesnexus: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15579 The same process can be used for other types of files that do not open using the program you want them to.
