gracietoo
hello, down-in-dumps gracie here. I have a shiny new computer, with 64 bit processor, and Windows seven just out of the box. Fallout loads and plays just fine in vanilla, but when I enter a mod-building such as mini hideout or sanctuary, there are big red and white blocks of colour where an artifact ( such as the aquarium of fridge) should be. In the Sanctum one resolves to be a big white exclamation mark on a red background. I did not have this problem when I ran it on the 32bit OS of Windows Seven, and of course it is the same graphics card - though I have updated it to the latest. Does anyone know why I am getting this effect? I have tried fiddling with the display options and tweaking the graphics in nhancer, disabling HDR and things like that but it hasn't helped.I am thinking to go back to the earlier graphics driver, but I don't understand why most everything else is ok, and that it seems only to be in the mods ( haven't been into Megaton yet to see if anything looks odd there) Ho-hum, sulk... :verymad:
Branimirzg
:excl: Is a sign for missing mesh... Meshes are not in the right path
gracietoo
thankyou Bran. Should I take them out of the data subfolder (path is FO3-Data-Data) and put them in the games Data folder? The game wont load at all now - I rolled back the graphics driver thinking it might be that, then re-installed but still wont play. Tomorrow i will uninstall the g-driver fully and then put it on again, and hopefully, with meshes where they belong.....
Branimirzg
yes, copy/paste them to fallout3/data and click yes to all when asked to replace.
