Tranquility Lane - Lounger fails to initiate quest.

Greetings.

 

This one's easy to describe. Once my PC sits in the Lounger of Vault 112, the screen fades to white before the all-important moment of anticipation... But then it just returns to the normal view of the Vault, with a Terminal-esque screen spouting, "Please Wait," for as long as I have the patience to stare at it.

I have browsed around the forums to try and find a previous topic that could offer some light in this situation, but failed. Oh, but I did find one thread;

Now, if I could just understand what was being said, since it seems some decisive conclusion had come about. But I missed it completely. -.-"

 

If somebody could throw me a link to a fix that's been created or the like, I'd be eternally grateful (I've checked on the Nexus already, and with Google). As much as consoling through the quest is grand, it sounds like more trouble than it's worth when it starts breaking quests.
