Strange Explosion

Whenever I try to use the console command "Player.placeatme 69ee7" it explodes, killing me instantly from the explosion.

The console command is the mailbox that contains all the armor/clothes cheat. Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this? I have these mods installed;
