Remotely delete items inside a container?

First of the background.

I got the Lucky 38 Suite Reloaded mod installed. And now my game crashes everytime i try to enter it (wether with the teleport or through the elevator) after i installed a mod that alters a specific item. This item is stored in one of the containers inside the suite.

I know what item it is and i know it will work when this item is completely gone cause i testet that by enabling and disabling different mods and trying different saves.

The problem only occurs when i alter or remove a items which is stored inside the Lucky 38.

Now my question is:

Is there a way to remotely remove said item from the container without entering the suite?

I know in which container it is and what item it is i just havent figured out a way to delete it from there.
