Have the Jurassic Park theme somehow caked into the Skyrim repertoire, specifically at dawn only at random (not all the time so it doesn't get too old too fast) in the most scenic areas of the world, where blizzards aren't constantly blowing, when rain isn't coming down. I don't know how modding works, so I'm not sure if everything I've asked can be done, but if anyone is interested, I'm sure that a mod like this will receive love from many nostalgia-seeking adventurers like me!
