The mod author may or may not view comments left here. Mod name: M7Keep1 Mod description: This Keep is located in the hills north of Balmora city. It has 2 levels, including bedroom, bathroom, and main room. There are also 2 NPCs - a Butler and Blacksmith, and a ghostly Bartender. The Keep has ample storage chests for your possessions.
