Deadmoney assests not showing up, Mod related?

ok the Dead Money add on adds a room to the Helos One and now its not showing up and the maintenance bot is active before i get to it and the generator is fixed already... I found this odd after just adding a follower mod, the Vault 22 overhaul, the Dead version of the Floral overhaul, and the tactical flamer revamp mod... Any help would be nice....

 

Edit : ok i disabled all the esms and esps from mods and i still have the issue but the service robot is missing now... new save is needed perhaps?

 

Edit 2 : fresh save did nothing to fix this...

 

Edit 3 : i've noticed that the cybernetic mod from Project Navada isn't showing up either...
