Weird Black Screen and Messed up HUD

Recently I've been having rather strange graphics issues.

 

After around 30 minutes or so of playing the game begins to stutter extremely for 5-10 secs and then... the graphics break and I get the following.

These screenshots are taken after disabling ENB with its hotkey, with the ENB on the screen is completely black except the random parts of the HUD.

I have no idea what exactly is causing it. I'm using ENB, OBGE, qarl's texture pack, and a bunch of other stuff, but I'm not sure what specifically is causing it.

I've tried changing and disabling things I thought might be causing it but haven't been successful in isolating the issue. Does anybody else have any clue as to what it might be?

It's not the NVidia black fog issue, and using CAL in the console does nothing so it's not that bug either.

Besides this bug the game runs fine and smooth, and as soon as the game goes into the buggy mode it plays smooth again.

It never used to do this, but I haven't been able to find what I changed that's causing this.

Also I'm using wyre bash to merge some things and use its Nvidia Fog Fix

It would appear me and JakuDaviau are using many of the same graphics mods (OBGE, ENB, Menque, Darnified UI, a minimap mod, various retexturering mods).

Still not sure exactly whats causing the issue though. Tried disabling ENB and the issue seems to occur much less frequently but still happens (I think).

Edit2:

Confirmed disabling ENB doesn't prevent the issue from occuring. Going to try disabling my minimap mod like Alenet suggests.

It would seem the minimap is indeed the issue, at least in my case. With it off I had several 2-3 hour sessions with no issue. Turned it back on and 30 mins of playing... boom black screen again. So no more minimap I guess.

Hello, i just loged on the form to ask about same exact issue, though mine looks a bit different but its probably because that ENB thing ( description with ENB on sounds like what i am seeing in my game) so after around 20-30 minutes of gameplay game lags for few seconds and then goes completely black when i press ESC windows shows but all graphics are messed up, does anyone know what causes that maybe? here's list of mods i am currently using:

 

OBGE, A Tweaked ENB, minimap reboot, elven map redux, elven map for shivering isles, landscape retexture (both vanilla and shivering isles) Oblivion character overhaul, MenuQue,Darnified UI, improved fires and flames

 

i think that's all if i missed something i will update. So we already know that EmeraldDrakon and i use OBGE and ENB though i'm using "A Tweaked ENB", and they are graphics enhancing mods so problem probably lies with them, but, EmeraldDrakon, if you have any of the mods i listed then please do tell because maybe that's causing the issue we both have.

EDIT: Is it possible that OBGE and ENB collide with each other making that bug? maybe getting rid of one of those would fix it then?

Try to disable the minimap.
