Steyr IWS-2000 Anti-Materiél Cannon

I'd love to see someone make a weapon mod for the Steyr IWS-2000.

It's an experimental Austrian-built semi-automatic bullpup anti-materiél rifle that was floated in the 80s, although its current status is unknown as no buyers were found.

 

It's unique in that it's a less a heavy sniper rifle and more a miniature tank cannon - it's a smoothbore weapon firing a 5.5x200mm tungsten dart at enormous velocity (with a 15.2mm sabot), much akin to the Kinetic Energy Penetrators issued to M1A1 Abrams tanks. It was designed to be able to penetrate just about anything; I believe that its intended use was against Soviet armoured vehicles in the event of a European land war.

 

I'd be fascinated to see this beast in New Vegas. The model and texture shouldn't be too hard to create, since it's not exactly a complicated-looking weapon; it would be a very large gun, however, standing possibly a little taller than the player. It's the sort of gun that, in real life, you'd be wanting to be wearing Powered Armor to carry anywhere. A suggestion for stats (left up to the modder, obviously, but this is what I picture) -

 

DMG/attack: 110

DPS: 220

Attacks per second: 2

Magazine Capacity: 5

Recoil: Hunting Rifle-ish (sabot round + its internal recoil mechanism = not much recoil for its power)

Item HP: 75

Spread: 0.01

Weight: 30.00

Value: 7000

 

As for ammunition... well, a couple of options. For convenience's sake, it could just use .50MG ammo, or for a bit more realism, it could use custom-crafted sabot rounds (maybe with a recipe of two .50MG cases, 300 lead, 1 .50MG primer and 50 large rifle powder? Just a suggestion.

 

For any modders out there, please make this! Or at least the model - I could easily do the rest of this myself. If you're really short of time, I guess you could PM Brothershogo for permission to borrow his models as resources (his Peacekeeper machine gun with a bit of retexturing, along with the addition of a mag in the shoulder stock and the removal of the ammunition belt, would make a very good imitation of the IWS 2000).
