Seek for aid about the program crash problem

While running toolset , if I do something (especially like open a file or click save button), the program will possiblly crash and heardly recover unless I shut it down.

I 've been inferred that the hardware may not match the requirements, yet by checking the taskmgr.exe, it seems not to be a reason.

I 'm wondering if anyone would give me some advices. Thx :thanks:

What are your system specs?

 

Operating System

Ram

CPU

Video Card

 

That info would help a great deal in narrowing down whats going on.
