Seeking for several things / Got several questions

Hi there :)

I started modding some days ago and also wanted to make my Oblivion game more suiting to my favors.

Sooo i have some questions and also mod requests. I already searched suiting mods but didnt find exactly what i wanted.

 

 

1) Is there a Mod that adds Whip Type weapons to the game? I found a mod that adds flails, though its close to what i seek but not exactly what i need. (it would be a good base for creating whips but i have no clue about 3D design...).

2) Is there a Mod that adds a skills enabeling smithing weapons and armors and several other crafting not implemented? I found a mod that gives ability to forge weapons and armors with a special oven and stuffs and one mod that adds people who do it. But i would like to have it as a skill that consumes materials and needs a tool.

3) Is there a mod that adds a Valkyrie Race character with Flying ability and maybe a Valkyrie Armor Set + Helm?

I found the HFB Imperial Armor and it looks awesome but the body used with this armor... well it looks like a hungry Supermodel... and i dont know how to change the body style to HGEC or normal looking.

4) Is it possible to assign different basic animations depeding on the class you use? If yes how?
