How can Leveled List conflict?

And how can I know if they are conflicting? And how do I prevent it?

1. Download FNVEdit: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34703

2. Open FNVEdit and click OK with all your active mods checked (they are checked by default, so just click OK without checking or unchecking anything)

3. Wait until you see

Background Loader: finished

in the message tab

4. Select all your mods (CRTL+A)

5. Right click -> Other -> Create Merged Patch

6. Choose a name and click OK

7. Wait until the patch is created, save (CRTL+S).

8. Activate the patch like any other plugin.

For that, of course, you'll need several mods that alter the same list, otherwise it serves no purpose.
