How to import a saved game with changed mods

I've reinstalled Oblivion again because I didn't like the mods I had installed (specifically Fran's and Mart's Monster Mod) and wanted to run it with OOO as the primary game alteration; I tried using OBMM to simply disable some and leave others but it didn't work so I reinstalled. At any rate, I was about 500 saves into my game when I decided to bail, and my current installation--with one save in the prison cell to initialize the game--seems to be running fine. I tried just copying my last saved game from the old game into the new one, but when I loaded it, my characters face was there but her body had been replaced by the big yellow block. I suspect that it was due to my old one having been using BAB and the new one using Exnem's body. I'm slowly--very slowly--starting to learn something about Wrye Bash, and I did use it to update the NPC faces, but I suspect that there might be another function that might resolve my present problem.

 

If not, it's really not that much of a hardship to start from scratch once more if I have to, but I would prefer to take up where I left off. Any help will be much appreciated.

Bigger problem than I thought. After getting about halfway through the cave, just before reaching the goblin, I ran into several yellow blocks with exclamation marks. I have no idea what to do. Here's my load order:

In the hope that someone will come along sooner or later to take an interest in this thread, I've gotten my game to work by replacing the data folder with a clean vanilla one and then, thanks to having used OBMM to install my mods, having simply disabled and re-enabled them. The culprit seems to have been Illumination Within, which for some reason was buggering the spiderwebs in the cave.

 

I also got my saved game from the earlier game to work. The only problem with it is that the loot I'm getting is all valued at zero. I've tried disabling/re-enabling OOO with and without Living Economy but that has no effect.

 

Somebody? Anybody?
