Skimpy armor causing glitchy screen

I am using the skimpy armor/clothes mod along with HGEC body, and it is causing my screen to glitch and random textures to appear. Most of the time it freezes my game and crashes it. I makes the HUD and game menus unreadable. I tried reinstalling the game, and patched up and that didn't help. I played without the mods and everything was fine so I was definitely the mods that were causing the issue. Has anyone else had this problem, or have a solution for it?

I will try to get a screenshot of what this looks like if I can and attach it to this post.

Random texture problems and freezing are usually traceable back to the video card. Check to be sure it is not getting hot. Check to be sure you are not trying to run it at a screen resolution it doesn't fully support. Just because you can set it higher than the recommended setting doesn't mean it will work properly.

Here is the best site for tweaking video cards (and a lot of other things) - it covers both Nvidia based and ATI based cards. http://tweakguides.com/

I've been playing at the same resolution I've been using since I bought it a year or so ago. I've never had any problems like this. And like I said this only happens when I turn the mods on. I can go for hours without a single problem with no mods turned on.

Oblivion.esm

DMRA Stock Clothing Skimpy.esp

DMRA Stock Armor Skimpy.esp

At least that's what OBMM says.

Edit: I got a picture of the glitchy screen. Sometimes it does this and sometimes it just replaces textures in game(Like wall textures, etc.).

It's a graphics card issue. I'm not sure what exactly causes it, but I do know that it's directly related to your hardware. It's only showing up when you have mods because those mods are adding more textures and data that your card has to store and process. Changing your graphics quality and texture size might help, making sure you have the most current drivers for your card might also help.
