fatboy3
Hi, I really like the nexus sites but when I download anything that takes over 10 minutes my download always stops halfway. Different browsers and download accelerators don't help and not to mention it doesn't let me continue where I left off either.
Pronam
Download managers/accelerators are not supported if you're not a premium member... (off-topic) Although if any have problems with them in general: The file servers have just recovered from a hard-drive whipe at the data centre. Some files might be missing. If a file is missing please bare with us as the files are slowly restored on to the server from their backup.
fatboy3
Hmm... so is anyone else having these problems too? I'm not using any download managers/accelerators btw, I only tried those because it didn't work without them.
buddah
What browser are you using, and what is your OS? Which files I will check them.

buddah
There have been some server issues today...may be the problem. Give it a try tomorrow and let me know if you have continuing problems. Multiple downloads at once or one at a time. Multiple downloads can be problematic, try doing them one at a time. buddah
bben46
If it always happens at exactly 10 minutes, check your screen saver. It may be disconnecting you. There is also a setting that is rarely used in some browsers that disconnects after a set time if there is no user interaction - moving the mouse or typing. This was to help save money when using dial up or paying by the minute.
