How to get damage everytime player is hit?

I wrote a damage modification script that alters damage based on what kind of weapon, and what kind of ammo is being used against it. Everything works. There is one thing I need to check, which is to confirm that the script is actually effecting damage to the player. (e.g. that SetAttackDamage is working as a function).

How can I get the damage of bullets player is being hit with?
