What mods slow Fallout 3 down, and by how much?

Yeah, I was just curious if I'd get a big performance boost by disabling some mods. The ones in particular I wonder about are Encl. Commander and enhanced weather (i know it slows during rain, i mean on average). Any contributions would be appreciated :) ... load order=
