Well, if you are bored, you could always do what I do.

Make a new save with your existing character. Find a group/race/whatever that you particularly despise. Proceed to wipe the land clean of those scum, purging the very world with fire to rid yourself of your hated foes.

I, personally, have killed off every last Imperial that I have encountered. Smug fetchers...
