ZippyDSMlee
I have had some lucky modding FO3 so I thought I would try to tweak mowind to be...playable after 10ish hours, so I would like to understand how the game calculates hit ratio and how I can tweak it. I can probably balance out range weapons by tweaking their damages 0- half of the weapons old max should prove inserting. If someones already mod a mod that makes range or weapons in general less.... crappy hit wise please tell me. Also is there a better magic arrow mod than the area effect one? Also has anyone put in summon-able arrows/knifes,stars? Thanks for any help!!

If you search for game tweaks or weapon tweaks on Planet Elder Scrolls or the Bethsoft forums you should be able to find people who can help you. http://www.mwmythicmods.com/ is a huge side dedicated to modding for Morrowind. I think you'll probably be able to find what you're looking for there - the Themed Mods lists and Telephoros' mod list both give a good starting place for weapons mods, and there's also lots of tutorials on the site if you want to make a mod on your own. good luck! THANK YOU for taking the time to reply to my noob question, I asked my friend brother who has modded it alot more than me and he said the game dose not make it easy to directly change it, you want to hit soemthign better raise the skill. I found skill gain rate..love upping it by 2-10X times :P
