I spent yesterday installing FCOM on a fresh install of Oblivion GOTY, tested it and all was fine, backed up my folders.Then I installed a good number of mods, and played for a good 3 or 4 hours and everything was perfect, went to bed. (A list of some of the mods that were all working fine are DarkUI Darn'd, Quest Award Leveling, Oblivion XP, Natural Environments...) But then this morning I happened across a few more mods that were on my list to install. After I installed these, I went to load up my game for the first time this morning and this glitch has happened. I've since tried disabling all of these via OBMM to start back to where I was last night and I am still getting this glitch. The glitch: WSAD movement won't work. I cannot move. When I go to cast spells (bound to Mouse 3) I hear the sound of the spell but the animation is my weapon swinging. No spell animation effects are seen. Mouse 2 is bound to Block, which also won't work. However, my other controls work fine. Tab opens inventory, Escape opens menu, Jump works, Rest works, etc... The possible mods to blame that were installed this morning: Oblivion Graphics Extender, Realistic Health, Realistic Fatigue, Harvest Containers, Harvest Flora, Attack and Hide. Thank you very much for any advice you may have for me... I want to play! I spent so long getting everything set up, and now it's broken... :P EDIT: Well.... I fixed it by loading an older save! Not sure why this worked, because I tried it before and it did the same thing... but I restarted my computer, loaded an even older save, and it is fixed! I then loaded up a more recent save (after the glitch occurred)... and it worked again! Wow, weird... anyone have an idea how this happened?
