csb
That's like telling your doctor, "I don't feel good." It states your frustration and state, but isn't very useful for people trying to help. You have to be a bit more explicit with the nature of the problem. What steps have you taken, what are the issues? Installation? Crash on start-up? ... What are your system statistics: RAM, processor, OS? Do you have DLCs? Were they installed using Games for Windows Live? Did you install to the default location? Etc., etc.

overload1977
ok frist off update your 3d card also download vista Service Pack 2 is way better than Service Pack 1 what sound card have you got update that driver as well 90% of all crashes are to do with out of date drivers on your computer if that fails dont install fallout in program files. It is recommended that you install Fallout 3 to someplace other than C:\Program Files\ because on Windows Vista, there are additional security features that can be problematic. Install Fallout 3 to someplace like C:\Fallout3 or C:\Games\Fallout3 ect also if you have a second harddriver install it there where windows is not installed more help here >>>> http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=120735
