How do you make an NPC face a preset?

How do you make an NPC's face, Cailan for example, a preset for chargen?

I know you can extract the ".mor" from "faces.erf" but I'm not sure how you're supposed to make the ".mor" a ".mop".

Or is it not possible?

It's not possible without the morph file (.mrh) so you either need to create your own morph that you think looks like Cailen or write a program that generates .mrh files from .mor files.

It's a bummer since BioWare created some nice (and some hideous) morphs for their NPCs.

I've seen Morrigan and Duncan here on the Nexus. Maybe pm one of them and ask.

here's the Duncan one http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=128

What they did (I think?) is extract the .mor from faces.erf then just tell people to open their save (das) in the toolset and set their morph to the .mor file, at least that's what the Duncan one does. Or maybe it didn't even extract the mor? I dunno. You can't change how they look in the chargen like that though...

About the closest way to edit them would probably be to set it as the morph then I guess change the hair, eyes, skin tone and very easy things like that, but changing stuff like the nose and such would be very difficult to figure out.
