Megatarius
in the console type: set timescale to 10. The default is 30, which means for every minute in regular time, half an hour goes by in the game. I use 10 mostly, but sometimes 15 or 5. If you put it really high you can watch days fly by. Don't know if that glitches NPC schedules if time goes by faster than they can walk. You can also type show timescale.
Mole126
If you type into the console "set timescale to 1" without the quotes it will make an in-game day take 24 real hours. I have my timescale set to 1 for realism sake.
Vagrant0
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5859 By default sets it to 15, but can be adjusted through console to any other value. Main thing this mod does is fix the two quests which get screwed up by having a timescale less than 10. A small mod which isn't well known, but does the job like no other.
