Every time I try to access the Helios ONE terminal, I get this blank screen. Anyone might know of a fix?

Some background :

Trying to do the Helios ONE quest in Fallout New Vegas and everytime I open the terminals I get this.

No words, yet I can apparently highlight selections, and when I click them, my game crashes.

Before downloading NVAC I would just flatout crash whenever I tried to access terminalss

I disabled all my mods save for the base game and still had the same effect, a blank terminal screen.
I also loaded to a different save point, tried opening a terminal, and got the same result.

This is getting real frustrating, since it means I can't use literally any terminal in the game.
