How many heads in original oblivion?

I have found the humanhead.nif and the 50 head so that makes two. But human head says medium in blender, is there another head in oblivion? I'm talking about after all updates and official patches.

There's a head mesh for humans/elves (2 for normal and the _50), a mesh for orcs (3), a mesh for argonians (4), and a mesh for khajit (5). The difference between the normal head and the _50 head is that the _50 head has a lower polycount. This is likely either something used by the game engine to simplify actors in the distance, or is a remnant from production*.

 

*By remnant from production, I mean something that was created for use in the early stages of the game to allow for creation and testing on the hardware available at the time. Less complex objects are also easier to adjust for things like facial morph routines (used for both facegen, expressions, and mouth movements). There were no orc, argonian, or khajit NPCs featured in any of the early game teasers, so this is likely the reason.
