New to Fallout 3 modding

And I was trying to add some of the nude patches, and the characters in the game all have black skin except for their heads, hands and feet. The raiders I'm fighting will be wearing their armour, but with black legs and arms. My character looks fine, the NPCs are the ones with the problem.

 

 

I have all the expansions, and the unofficial Fallout Patches for them. I don't have FOOK installed.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

have you activated archive invalidation?

In fallout mod manager use toggle invalidation
