NPCs wont move when they need too.

Hi guys,

 

I've recently "Rebuilt" my Fallout: New Vegas game, by this I mean deleted everything, including save games and started fresh.

 

I installed the GOTY New Vegas and used my old copy of Requiem for a Capital Wasteland (I prefer the mod compatibility of the older versions, Tale of Two Wastelands is still too unstable for me with mods). As well as this I installed a few other mods, but none that added any complex scripts, mostly just weapon mods and A World of Pain.

 

I should state, my previous installation of New Vegas was the same but with roughly 150 active mods and it crashed all the time, but everything worked as intended (quests and stuff).

 

Now with the issue: Everything works, no crashes or whatever, but when i exit dialogue with an NPC and they're supposed to run to a different location or something they don't move, the examples I remember are these;

 

-SPOILERS-

In the quest "How Little We Know" (The one about Gommorah's) I spoke to Chachino he said something about meeting the bosses and killing them, normally after exiting dialogue he would run to the room they were in then we would take them out but he just stood still.

 

And at the start of Broken Steel for Fallout 3, When I meet Paladin Trisitin at the start and exit dialogue he's supposed to go to another area and shoot up some Enclave but same thing, he does nothing.

 

The quests can continue as normal though.

 

I would normally stick this down to the buggy versions of RFCW but it's worked for me in the past and it seems like such a strange and specific bug to get.
