NEW MOD PROJECT: Looking to Assemble a team

Hello all. Could use some help on a project I really want to implement into Oblivion.

However, my modding skills are less than satisfactory for the tast at hand, and I needed some help in doing it, from talent modders. However, modders are not all I need.

First, I'll explain what I am trying to achieve, this always helps.

I am doing a crossover from the game World of Warcraft. A guild I used to be in, called "the Stormguard", has crossed over from the world of Azeroth into Tamriel via the use of mis-used soul stones. However, they were following someone else, who had done the same, the "Horde High command," who were looking for allies to finaly defeat the Stormguard on Azeroth, and stumbled into Tamriel. Both sides, have developed a forward base into this new world, but have no idea how/what to do next. This is where you come in.

Another man followed these two groups, but unlike the two groups, he made his way to he pressumed was the capital city. Glynne Fourmont resides in Imperial city, awaiting the players help to get him back to Azeroth, but him and the player will be thrust into the politcal warfare of these two groups fighting for control in Tamriel, and for a way back home. The player will, along with Glynne, decide who to follow into battle, the Horde High command, or the Stormguard.

Now, I need modders for the task at hand, modders to do such things as:

Build scripts to have them wander around and talk.

Scripts so they register whos on whos side, etc.

Scripts for the many quests I will try to include.

Build the areas in which you will fight in/claim/destroy.

I also need other people, such as:

Artists/Photoshoppers to create the icons for each guild, the Tabards, and all that.

Voice actors, and good ones, who can make this whole experience more "Expansion-pack" like.

People who can include music into fight scenes, credits, and the like.

This is a big project, and I can't do it on my own, or at least, not soon enough and to a well enough standard, so, I am looking for people to help.

Drop a message :D

I'd also like to note, I do indeed know how to mod.

But, before someone tells me to L2mod, I am honestly admitting, my skills at modding will not be able to create this. I have repeatedly tried and failed to create nany form of smooth running varient of this project.

So, yeah, help would be appreciated, if anyone feels like making a collaberative effort.

I am trying to achieve an expansion-pack feel with this mod.
