Hello. I have a quick question. Is there a either a .ini tweak or a mod that makes guards act like normal NPCs, but still function with a full AI schedule? For example, I attack a guard at the gates, and he attacks me back. No resist arrest or go to jail, just attack if your bad. Then even if you have a bounty, they wont do anything, unless you do something directly to them, because they function as NPCs. Thanks!

First, you can do it with CS, remove guard's AI then add them a normal one instead, piece of cake.

 

There is not a mod like that, but if you really want it, I can do it.

 

You can remove the AI via the console too
