LE Replace Maven with Ingun texture when she becomes Jarl?

Since everybody hates Maven, but she has a central role in the imperial quest which makes Jarl in Riften important, what about if there's a mod that swaps Ingun Black-Briar and Maven's textures (so that the least evil Black-Briar will now be Jarl instead, and Maven would just be around, and it wouldn't "matter" if she dies as much )?

It would be for downloading specifically when you're up to the point when she becomes Jarl because otherwise Ingur would be involved in the evil quests before that. But it seems to me the least hassle free way to somewhat make Riften a less evil place.
