I tried looking at Bethesda's site for a clue, but it seems the required site is not working now. Are you sure you really need it just for that? There are other ways for a cure.

id just like to have it just to have it i have other ways of curing vamp illness but i also like to got to new places so whats the link of the site maybe it will work for me

Are you looking for a way to get vampire disease cured without spending money on a DLC? Then you're going to have to go to the Skingrad castle and approach the argonian maid in the great hall outside the main castle quarters, and then you'll begin a quest from there to cure vampirism (and this is in the vanilla game itself). I've never actually undertaken that quest, so I can't tell you how it'll be specifically.

If you want to cure vampirism AND get ahold of the Vile Lair, your best bet then is do as the others have said and either buy it online on the official sites, or go to a store and buy it in the retail bundle along with KOTN and other DLC Bethesda has released for Oblivion.

I think you can purchase all of the DLCs through steam.

The Vile Lair and most of the others are on the Knights of the Nine CD. I saw it recently at a Wall Mart. I think it was about US $10.
