ineedanamethatworks Posted November 29, 2009 Share Posted November 29, 2009 well i just spent 15-20 mins to get a acount here to get my crap together about modding fallout 3 i am getting the game for x-mas with my new PC and i have look been looking on making armor look diffrent but they said you need photoshop well i am not about to spend 100$ for photoshop and I was woundering if there any other software to mod a look to a piece of armor or make a crazy looking weapon but just tell me a diffrent software that is free or a really low on cost if there is one. and tell me if i am missing one or more and tell me how much mem it takes to do this please Fallout 3 GOTYE GECK FOMM 7zip and that is it well i thank all of you that help in advance and to please remember i am a noob at this so don't go to harsh on me :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
