Your original report was less than 15 hours ago, at 5:33 PM -(my time - eastern US) Many of our users in Europe and the US actually sleep at night ( not all though, we do have some on at all times. :tongue: ) I tend to warn about bumping in under 24 hours as that is really not enough time. This is NOT an instant message board and if someone does know exactly what your problem is they may not be on line at this exact time - so give it some time.
