Avoiding city is possible but boring.Everything tried without access.. Video every possiblity, shaders etc. Nothing does help. It works only without all mods. By the way the arena bug is existing! Owyn gives me without arena fighting only 50 gold and thats it! status quo: oblivion all patches including inofficial, SI as well. Graphic card driver newest. OBMM 17b. Who has got an idea? Try turning off all your mods and test each mod by playing the game with one mod, quitting it, playing with two mods (with the first original mod), quitting it, than playing it with three mods (with the first two included among those), and continue this until you've located the mod that causes the issue. If it doesn't work with any mods at all, then you've probably got something that I couldn't help you with in all honesty.
