rar files not workng

I've downloaded a few mods, and some work just fine. Others, not so much.

 

The few that have worked are the bobblehead special and the bos tesla cannon mods. When I downloaded these, they came as zipped folders, and I extracted the files, then copied and pasted the esp and everything was hunky dory.

 

Well, the others that I have tried are evergreen, firelance and something I can't quite remember. These ones came as just straight up rar files, that I didn't get the option to unzip or anything like that. Just one file (no textures no nothing). I tried copy and pasting these into the same folder, and that appears to do nothing.

 

I tried using the fallout mod installer, as well as FOMM and .....nothing.

If you are using 7-zip...To get extract option you must associate it with rar files...In tools/options
