LE Multiple marriage mod

Could a modder pls make a mod that allows for multiple marriages?

 

The 2 mods multiple marriage mod and To have and to hold have both been abadoned for over a year and are both very buggy with the current version of Skyrim.

 

A new stable mod that allows for multiple marriages would be greatly appreciated.
