Mouse acts weird

Hi,

I'm having a problem with my F:NV. When I'm in my Pipboy and I'm in Weapons, it just rapidly selects and deselects what I'm currently hovering over and when I go over Apparel for example it just stops. It like as if my primary mouse button is stuck but tt really only happens in Weapons and nowhere else. But I also can't do anything else with my primary mouse button. I can't shoot, can't select anything in menus (I have to use arrow keys to save and quit the game) and it's just really weird. I tried deletins my .INIS and typing EnablePlayerControls into the controls with no luck. Does anybody have a solution for this?
