BOSS doesn't work

I try to run boss and I get this:

Then I delete BOSS, download it again and I get error "missing MSVCP120.dll"

 

Then I download MSVCP120.dll and put it in BOSS folder, then again I try to start and now I get this:

Okay I deleted everything and downloaded BOSS installer instead, now works normally. I think it didn't like the .dll I had downloaded or it wanted some update from vredist-thingy from mickeysoft. Anyway I'm all good. *sigh*

I know it was a while a go you did this, but can you link where you downloaded it all from? im getting the same errors but no matter how many reinstalls and where i download it from i just game the same error
