new fans

does anyone think it would be possible to make these fans?

dosnt have to have al the flowers onit, but maybe a selection of like black ones, white ones, red ones, gold ones and so on and maybe when you put them away, they turn into two sticks, maybe on your back or just on the side like normal.

 

id love these.

The mesh wouldn't be too hard, although it might not be possible to give them different open/closed states. Not really read up on weapons with animated parts, but believe that only looped animations can be used. The main problem would be how they look though. Can't really hold them as weapons in the game though due to how the player has their hand completely closed. This means that the player's hand would be poking though the mesh. The attack animations would also be rather bad for a weapon like this.

Unfortunately, even if I saw evidence that something like this would work well enough in game, I still wouldn't know where to start with the whole animation thing. Also, at the moment, I can't do much of anything modding wise due to a slowly dying harddrive, I can't even work on those mods that already plan to do, or play anything without risking potential (perceived) disaster (hence why I've been so active on the forums).

because theres already a fan mod out, but there just not the ones that im looking for, so by telling him that i thought he might be interested init.

He was attempting to clarify things since I might not have the chance or the desire to do so myself.
