A mod of awesomeness

Instead of asking for a complicated editor or a particular fix, here is what I propose, brave modders.

 

Create a mod that creates/modifies an in game merchant's inventory. Have the mod sell an infinite amount (like elfroot in the dalish city) of every non quest item.

 

I would want it simply for the gift items, so that I can buy my party member's happiness :D

 

But also there are certain armor pieces I want to complete sets and such. Surely this can be done fairly easily?
