[Req] Akasha: Queen of the damned

Hello modders community! I would like to make a request for a mod, since like most people that start threads here, I'm incapable of making my own. As the title says, I'm requesting a mod for a playable character based on Akasha, from the Queen Of The Damned movie. In case there's someone who didn't see it, you should be ashamed of yourself! Go grab it and watch it!!

 

Note: Unfortunately I don't know too much about the game (as I'm usually lazy and give up on things. However this time I'm dedicated to spending more time than usual on a single player game, just because it's that good and the mods are freakin' awesome). Therefore there are a lot of things that I cannot help with (like skills, quests and such). But of course, I can learn.

 

Specs:

 

-First of all the character should be a vampire from the start, with all the works.

-The character should be pretty short, based on Aaliyah...the height of the Hellcat(click) or Lycan(click) race should be fine.

-The skin color should not be too much changeable, Aaliyah was black and we have to respect that.

-There should be included 1 or 2 armor sets (see images) with additional stats.

-No weapons at all and make her hand-to-hand oriented + spells, or just one...idk, ideas are welcome here.

-Someone who has good skills for face modding should work on the face/body. We, or at least I wouldn't like for an ugly and not remotely alike character to be released just for the hang of it.
