Stiff Animation during walk/run/idle/sit issue?

So, I loaded up my game ( Skyrim, Legendary Edition; Steam v. ). Here's a list of all of the animation mods I have installed;

 

- Pretty Poses and Animations

- Pretty Female Idles

- Pretty Female Combat Idles

- Female Walking and Running Animation

 

I tried installing Female Walking/Running animation after I noticed that she doesn't even move when she runs, it's just that same stiff animation gliding around. I have no idea what happened. I've uninstalled all of my animation mods and can't seem to get it to work. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? This is a fresh install. I have this issue with both genders and all races.

 

Note: I've uninstalled all of my mods, and it's still like this.

You need to install and run Fores New Idles in Skyrim (FNIS). Also, make sure you have a compatible skeleton, like xp32's.
