Freeze During Start Up

[Saizetsu]

I'm not sure what is causing issue with the game but it will only run up to showing the bethesda screen. Then it locks up and I don't know what is causing it.

If all three of those are active, that would be my first guess. Disable "NO GRA" & "NO DLC" and try again?
