Esplex08
I was alright, did a great handful of quests, had a very nice equipment, i just weren't concentrating at the main quest, because i was doing other quest for caps and equipment and EXP. But then, i excluded all past saves (I don't like to keep a lot of junk in my save menu, and i save really often) and then i clicked to make a new save before picking the lock to rivet city market place (for some robbery). The game suddenly crashed and i lost everything i had... I'm using Robco Certified (to be able to repair fallen bots), UPP perks package and Free Play After MQ (Lets you play after the end of the game without having broken steel). If anyone has a save game with lots of pipboy map markers and main quest at The Waters of Life quest without doing any other sidequests, i would really apprecite the angel who saved me :) Thanks! :thanks: OBS: By the way, it was the first time it happened to me, it never happened before, i would save normally without crashing (i had some crashes but it was due to a mod which i already disabled)
mechine
LIES! hahahah you dork... That's just how it is man they made the game 3 times larger than it should be so yeah it crashes like a mother Why get all hot an bothered about it Just pretend he died, an start over... It's not a big deal though Stop deleting your save games until you are ready to delete them all You'll stop about 3% of the crashes If you never Auto save or quick save you'll stop about 10% of thembut more importantly you'll avoid getting a corupt save game, which is not fixabledisable all autosave, it's not a full save game, you have to press ESC which pauses the gamean gives the full save game, The system doesn't like save games over 20Mb but you have to haveone heck of a game going to do that, like 200 mods with tons of items an junk You need a lot of set up stuff, an practice things, like you are doing an things will work out fine. http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=167910&hl=
Esplex
I always save thru the ESC menu, i never relied on that quicksaves and autosaves because they just screw the game for the game being that large... Well, i'm starting a new game now, thanks for that tips anyway :) :thanks: :thanks:
