Quick Question

Hate to create a thread simply for this minor of a question, but it deals with load order. I have the latest OBMM, BOSS, OBSE, and Wrye Bash. I run everything I can through Wrye Bash with OBSE. Anyways, on to the question.

BOSS (updated Master List as of December) puts Deadly Reflexes Up above the LAME additions, which is right above the Bashed Patch. This is contrary to what I have been told in that Deadly Reflex needs to be loaded AFTER the Bashed Patch. Which is correct?

Also, BOSS has no idea where to place "AoshisStealthEntrances.esp" and the creator said it doesn't matter, so I placed it right after the Hackdirt one.

Another question: BOSS complains about the Tamriellic Travellers not being "TamrielTravellers4OOO" however, the creator of Tamriellic Travellers claims that all FCOM/OOO clashes have been fixed in this latest version, if I read it correctly...that said, I also cannot find any place to download TamrielTravellers4OOO or an older version to get said esp. So far I have seen the travellers, I am pretty sure, and have bought items from them. So it seems to be working fine...and Wrye Bash does not complain about any incompatibilities...

 

Here is my mod order according to BOSS/Wrye Bash, if it would help with anything. I have been manually moving Deadly Reflex down right below the Bashed Patch and right above Streamline myself, but BOSS has been telling me it should go here for a while now, and I have decided to simply ASK which is correct. Thank y'all for y'all's help! :D

All of the various load orders are suggestions, not set in stone. (Not even BOSS is right all of the time.) Basically, if it works for you, then it's right for you. And may not work for someone else that has 'Almost' the same mods.

 

I am not familiar with the BG mods, and have no clue where they should be placed.

 

The bash patch goes at - or near the end as it modifies other mods. If there is no modification in the patch that affects a particular mod, then there is no reason that mod cannot be loaded after the bash patch.

 

Deadly Reflex modifies a lot of stuff in the game, and needs to override many other mods, and so it needs to be near or at the end also.

 

Streamline changes things like graphics settings on the fly, (it degrades graphic features for higher FPS) and so must be loaded after any other mod that makes any changes to the way graphics are handled.

 

As far as I know, none of these three affect any of the others and so can be loaded at the end in any order. If I am wrong, someone please let me know.

Yeah, that is what I thought, but then I figured "well, maybe deadly reflexes will need to affect the changes in the Bashed Patch?" and then I thought "well maybe the Bashed Patch needs to modify some things about Deadly Reflexes..."

 

So in the end, I've been running it where BOSS decided to put it with no ill effects so far, so I'll see exactly How long that lasts until it crashes and burns, if it ever does :)
