FaceGen Modeler To Fo3 Npc's?

I need to make my face gen models .fg fallout 3 Npc's

 

I know how to make them a saved game but how to make them import to npc's ?

 

have not found any answers i figure there must be a work around to get this to work please post me any links or info.
