vervolf92
Howdy y'all. First off I'd like to say hi to everyone being brand new to this community which is already filling my head full of ideas for characters and such on Fallout 3. Now to business. I don't actually own a copy of fallout 3 yet, having only played it at my brother's house on the xbox360. Now I'm obviously looking around at these mods and so far the thumbs up are everywhere. My question however, is thus: Like many of my other games I plan on buying Fallout from Steam. Will this still allow me to mod my copy of the game, or will I be required to buy a hard copy from the local store? Thank Y'all.-PJL

vervolf92
Awesome, now is there anything I need to do during the initial installation that will not be the default or recommended settings. I don't want to grab it all in a haste only to realise I've not done something vital. On another note: I've never modded a game before and I'm not 100% computer literate. I could do with a link to a guide maybe, normally that's all it takes for me to work things out. Your help is really appreciated guys, thank you. Branimirzg
Almost forgot! If you have vista there might be a problem as Steam is installed in program files...And vista's security blocks mods from being added into program files
