My new avatar won't load

hey,

have a problem.

I'm trying to upload a new avatar. My avatar-changing-message says that it was succesfully changed, however when I look at my postst or at my profle, I see my old avatar.

However, the shape of the new avatar is changed.

Any solutions what I can do??
